Toyota Highlander Service Manual: Center stop lamp ASSY
REPLACEMENT
HINT: Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
1. REMOVE BACK WINDOW PANEL TRIM UPPER (SEE PAGE 75-20 )
2. REMOVE CENTER STOP LAMP SOCKET & WIRE
(a) Disconnect the connector, and remove the center stop lamp socket & wire.
3. REMOVE CENTER STOP LAMP ASSY
(a) Remove the 2 screws.
(b) Disengage the 4 claws, and remove the center stop lamp assy.
4. REMOVE CENTER STOP LAMP GASKET
5. INSTALL CENTER STOP LAMP ASSY
(a) Remove adhesive tape from the body.
(b) Wipe off stains with a cleaner.
(c) Install the center stop lamp assy with the 2 screws.
